$25,000.00* down with bi monthly royalty fees of 6% of your sale.
Q. What is the continuing royalty fee and how often is it paid?
A. *The present royalty fee is 6% of gross sales for a Franchise. This is paid to the Franchisor bi-weekly.
Q. What is the term of the franchise agreement?
A. The term of the franchise agreement is for 7 years and can be renewed every 7 years.
The Franchise Agreement can be renewed at the royalty terms of the then current franchise royalty fee.
Q. Can I sell my franchise?
A. A franchisee's business can be sold, with the franchisor's approval to a qualified buyer.
Q. What is the Advertising Fee?
A. A franchisee must spend a minimum of 2% of gross sales in their designated marketing area.
Q. How do I learn the business? Is there a training school? What does it cost?
A.Crepe Paris Cafe provides a complete training school for you and any two of your personnel included in your franchise fee.
Q. What is my protected Territory?
A. An agreed mile radius around your store is protected for you except in downtown areas.
For the $45,000 franchise fee option a 5 year exclusive agreement may be approved for qualified buyers.
If you have a mall location, you are only protected in that particular mall, and not outside
the mall with any radius.
Q. Who finds the site?
A. You will have the option of using our exclusive real estate brokers or
or you have 100% freedom to find your own site and submit it for acceptance.
Q. How long does it take to open a Crepe Paris Cafe Franchise unit?
A. The time varies, but on the average it takes about 4 months from the time of signing the lease.
Q. Is Financing available?
A. Financing is available from banks and leasing companies. Crepe Paris Cafe does not finance its franchisees.
