you have the right to operate your business with any name you may choose,
including the name Crepe Paris Cafe. 

However, you must always have a visible logo of Crepe Paris Cafe in your store or kiosk,
even if you choose not to use the store name "Crepe Paris Cafe". 

If you have an existing business, or you decide to use your own name as a business,
you are hereby required to have the Crepe Paris Cafe logo (at least 2 foot x 2 foot in size in full red black and white color)
placed visibly in your store window and at your cash register with the words:  "We proudly carry items by Crepe Paris Cafe".

If you decide to open up a store with the Crepe Paris Cafe name,
you are required to have large displays of CREPE PARIS CAFE on the store front, menus, windows:

TREATING THE CREPE PARIS CAFE NAME AND IMAGE WITH RESPECT

You hereby agree that you will always treat the Crepe Paris Cafe name and logo professionally and with respect. 
You further agree to never defame the name or the image of the company,

You fully agree that you will conduct business in a professional manner in compliance with all Health, County, City and Federal Regulations. 

You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for getting Health Certifications for the County you are conducting business in. 
You further agree that you are the soul owner of your own store or kiosk and that you are fully responsible for all Taxes and County,
City and Federal Regulations.  

You also acknowledge that you are a  Licensee for One Year, renewable annually.

$1550 One-Time Complete  Information - None Refundable Due to Trade Secrets
This One Year License allows you to conduct business for as long as the $1550 yearly fee is paid  in full
to Crepe Paris Cafe, by January of each year, but no later than January 31st of each calendar year. 

The document you receive will simply give you the knowledge and the right to operate for One Year for only $1550 US Dollars. 
 
You also acknowledge that the first $1550 payment only gives you authorization until January 31st of the current year,
unless you have purchased this fee after September 1st of this year. 

 If your License Agreement is purchased after September 1st of any given year,
your next  license fee will NOT be due until the following January 31st but the year after.

For example, if your purchase is made after September 1, 2009,
your next  license fee will not be due until January 31, 2011 at the latest.

 The license fee is always due by January 31st of each calendar year from this point on. 
Your $1550 payment only covers knowledge and advise from Crepe Paris Cafe. 
It authorizes you to conduct business with our vendors and use of our proprietary menu, know-how and information.

CANCELLATION IS YOUR RIGHT - NO REFUNDS

Should you decide not to conduct business, you may cancel the agreement at any time without any refund. 
However, cancellation notices must be emailed to Crepe Paris Cafe Corporate no later than January 1st of each calendar year.
This information will be given to you once you've made the purchase.

Once a cancellation notice has been submitted you may not continue selling crepes or items from Crepe Paris Cafe,
nor are you allowed to conduct business at another location selling the same items for at least 3 years. 
You do not have the right to sell or give away any of the trade secrets of this company. 

Failing to comply with these requirements will result in court action against you for breach of contract and hindering the name,
trade secrets and proprietary knowledge of Crepe Paris Cafe and will result in Crepe Paris Cafe recovering punitive damages. 

This file grants you a yearly re-occurring  License for a very small license fee of $1550 US Dollars Per Year.

By purchasing this license you understand and agree that it only guarantees knowledge,  know-how,  advise, a list of vendors,

In short, each store must be licensed by CREPE PARIS CAFE and each store must pay the yearly  License Fee.
No one can inherit any of this information and open up a store without the license agreement
and the yearly  license fee.
